Join our dynamic Engineering team as a Software Engineer! You'll work on our innovative SaaS product, using your Java Spring Boot skills to design, develop, and enhance our software platform. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java Spring Boot. Design, develop, and implement high-quality, efficient, and reliable backend services and APIs to support our SaaS platform's functionality. Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and modular code in accordance with best practices and coding standards. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and performance issues. Implement automated unit tests and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure code quality and reliability. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering, particularly in the Java ecosystem and Spring Boot framework. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies within the Engineering team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Knowledge of RESTful web services and experience in building and consuming APIs. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in SQL. Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitFlow). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Prior internship or project experience in Java Spring Boot development is a plus.
